Overview
Velosi was appointed by ADNOC to update and develop a comprehensive Rig move manual as a single document for all types of onshore Rigs being utilized at ADNOC Drilling, as per current ADNOC standards and best Industrial practices.
Scope of Work
The project aims to provide a study and assessment of existing Rig move manuals of all the types of individual onshore Rigs and find gaps to improve and update comprehensive Rig move manuals as per best industrial practices. ADNOC Drilling has asked Velosi to develop a comprehensive Rig move manual that covers all onshore Rigs.
The activities as part of the scope of work covered the following:
Data collection related to existing Rig move manual.
Gap assessment on existing Rig move manual to highlight areas of improvement.
Updating the Rig move manual as per modern industrial practices.
Compilation of all sections to develop a single comprehensive ADNOC Drilling Rig move manual.
Outcome
Velosi’s team of expert individuals successfully performed a Gap assessment and updated the outdated sections of the existing Rig move manual. The team at Velosi also developed a comprehensive Rig move manual to include all onshore Rigs of ADNOC Drilling.
